From the 13th to the 18th of April 2023, Mr Denis Guittet – CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions – visited the offices of the company CONVERGENCE Indonesia in Jakarta & Yogyakarta.

With more than 270 million inhabitants, Indonesia is the 4th most populated country in the world and is strategically positioned in ASEAN region.

Together with Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand, GBA is able to propose services from the main ASEAN countries in term of population – more than 600 million people.

As result GBA strengthen its position in this region and become a key player for the customer which need BPO services in ASEAN.
